Norma Lansing, President & CEO, IOM, ACE
Norma is an Illinois Accredited Chamber Executive, graduate of Institutes for Organization Management and a 40-year veteran in Chamber of Commerce management. She oversees the programs and services that the Chamber provides to our members and the community.
Norma is also actively involved in the community as a member of the Board of the Effingham Regional Growth Alliance, Effingham Regional Incubator Network, Effingham County CEO Advisory Board, Lake Land College Kluthe Center Advisory Board, and City of Effingham Tourism Advisory Board, member of Effingham Noon Rotary Club and Effingham Women of Today. She is past chairman of the board of the Illinois Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives and recipient of the association’s highest award for achievement, the Lester W. Brann Distinguished Chamber Executive Award. Lansing received the 2014 East Central Illinois Development Corporation’s Outstanding Leadership in Community and Economic Development.
Norma and her husband Ken have three children and six grandchildren and reside at Lake Sara.

Becky Brown, Membership Director, NFCP
Becky is a Certified Not-For-Profit Executive and a 23 year veteran with the Chamber of Commerce. Her duties include membership recruitment and retention, scheduling of Business After Hours, Ribbon Cuttings, new member pictures and other membership programs.
Becky received her Associates Degree in Accounting from Lake Land College in 1994; a Dale Carnegie graduate in 1996; a graduate assistant in 1999 and completed the Pacific Institute Investment In Excellence Training in 2006. She is also active in the community as Past-President for Sunrise Rotary; a member of the Effingham Women of Today; Treasurer for Crossroads ABATE and a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Strasburg.
Becky and her husband Ken have two children and three grandchildren and reside in Effingham.

Angie Lidy, Administrative Assistant
Angie is a Joh Maxwell Certified Coach and Speaker and is actively a part of the John Maxwell team. She has 15+ years in the accounting field. Her duties include Community Resources, Events contact, scheduling of Business After Hours and Accounting tasks.
Being an entrepreneur, Angie started her own business a few years ago and has received numerous awards for high sales, recruitment and business building. She is very passionate about helping others start and build their businesses.
Angie and her son, Chris reside in Effingham.
