Lucinda Hart, CAE, MBA, President & CEO
Lucinda has 27 years of nonprofit management, strategic alliance, business development, membership, and customer service experience. She oversees the programs and services that the Chamber provides to our members and the community.
Lucinda earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and her Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership & Management from Concordia University Texas. She attained her Certified Association Executive designation through the American Society of Association Executives. Lucinda received the Professional Excellence Award from the Texas Society of Association in 2011.
A recent Effingham County resident, Lucinda is looking forward to becoming actively involved in the community by serving as a member of the Board of the Effingham Regional Growth Alliance and joining the Effingham Noon Rotary.
Lucinda and her husband Will have two children and reside in Dieterich.

Becky Brown, Membership Director, NFCP
Becky is a Certified Not-For-Profit Executive and a 23 year veteran with the Chamber of Commerce. Her duties include membership recruitment and retention, scheduling of Business After Hours, Ribbon Cuttings, new member pictures and other membership programs.
Becky received her Associates Degree in Accounting from Lake Land College in 1994; a Dale Carnegie graduate in 1996; a graduate assistant in 1999 and completed the Pacific Institute Investment In Excellence Training in 2006. She is also active in the community as Past-President for Sunrise Rotary; a member of the Effingham Women of Today; Treasurer for Crossroads ABATE and a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Strasburg.
Becky and her husband Ken have two children and three grandchildren and reside in Effingham.

Nicole Morrison, Director of Marketing & Communications
Nicole is an Effingham native who recently moved back to the area after years in Edwardsville, St. Louis, and the central coast of California. She graduated from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and uses her Public Relations degree to build personal and professional relationships, as well as, establish foundations for growth in each of her endeavors.
She has a strong hospitality background, most notably in the catering and non-profit industry, and looks forward to using these skills for the benefit of the Chamber. Nicole is most excited to engross herself in the Chamber mindset and meet new & prospective members!
Nicole currently lives in Effingham with her 3 ½ year old son, Dane.
Jamie Niemerg, Office Manager
Jamie has over 15 years’ experience with a background in office management, account representative and customer service. She is involved in the community and enjoys meeting new people. Jamie was raised in Effingham and then lived in St. Louis and Edwardsville after graduating from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She and her family recently moved back to the Effingham area. She is an active member on the Advisory Board for Catholic Charities and serves on various committees within the organization to put together various events and programs for the area. As the Office Manager, Jamie looks forward to assisting Chamber Members to help them get the most of their membership.
Jamie and her husband Nate have two children and live in Teutopolis.
